Represent your venue
Apply as the owner, manager or an authorised representative. Give us a working business contact and the address of each location you want considered.
Be clear about sourcing
Explain which meat and products you serve, whether any are halal, and how you confirm this with suppliers. Tell us about mixed sourcing, exceptions and anything you cannot yet verify.
Have evidence ready
We may ask for supplier confirmations, current product information or other supporting documents. Describe what you have; please redact private financial or personal details before sharing documents.
Share content you can use
Only send photos and descriptions you own or have permission to let HalalFree display. A photo appearing on Google or social media does not by itself establish permission.
Keep your details current
Let us know when suppliers, sourcing, opening hours or ownership change. We may amend or remove information that is no longer accurate.
Let the review stay independent
Applying does not guarantee publication or a particular confidence score. A listing is information for diners, not a certification, endorsement or guarantee.

Does applying guarantee a listing?
No. We review each application and may request more information. Publication and confidence indicators depend on the evidence available.
What if we use different suppliers?
Tell us which products come from which suppliers, including any halal products or changes you cannot yet confirm. Clear, specific information is more useful than a general claim.
Can I update an existing listing?
Yes. Email hello@halalfree.app with the venue name, address and the information that needs changing. We may confirm your relationship to the business.
Do I need professional photos?
No. Clear, recent photos are useful, but you must own them or have permission to allow their use on HalalFree. Our team can discuss photos after reviewing your application.
I’m a diner. Can I recommend a place?
Absolutely. Use Suggest a listing in the HalalFree app. This partnership application is for people representing a business.
